Trump's Family Member Gets Expert Advice from Golf Legend Woods Ahead of LPGA Debut

Emerging athlete getting ready for major tournament

This young athlete has considerable online following

The young golfer can count on plenty of well-known backers as she begins her professional golf debut this Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who happens to be connected to Donald Trump, received a special exemption to participate at the Annika tournament in Florida.

Her grandfather, a passionate golfer, operates numerous courses worldwide and frequently matches against Kai.

"He's fairly competent. I can't say much but we play tight competitions," she mentioned.

The golfer shared that Trump, who won't be present, advised her: "Just don't get nervous."

"He practically told me to play and have fun," she continued.

"To me, he's just a normal grandpa. He won't be there this weekend. He's focused on world affairs, so he's rather occupied."

While still amateur, the golfer has participated in a mere three competitions in 2024 and has the 461st position in AJGA rankings.

But she's able to seek guidance from golf legend, in a relationship with Kai's mother.

"He is the best player globally," Kai stated.

"Furthermore, he's a more impressive individual. He told me to play, relax, adapting to the flow."

The golfer will compete against several top competitors in the sport at this tournament, such as second-ranked Nelly Korda, England's golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and last year's winner champion Vu.

The LPGA stated that her participation brings golf to new audiences, specifically with the next generation.

The social media influencer boasts millions of followers and just introduced her own apparel and wellness brand.

She begins at 17:30 GMT.
